Manhwa‘s aren’t that widely popular when it comes to their Manga counterparts, however, certain manhwa series have caught the radar of some studios and received their long-requested adaptations by the fans. Three of those said Manhwas adapted by Crunchyroll last year include:

These Manhwas could be paving the way to the era of animated manhwa, so in today’s list, we will discuss some of those manhwas that deserve an anime adaptation.

This series has a nice story and progression but not without its faults this manhwa can be called an unpolished gem that could actually make a great series if all its weaknesses are covered and fixed.
The Great Mage Returns After 4000 Years
Frey Blake being the worst student in the magic academy and the disgrace of his family line succumbs to despair and the reality of his miserable life.
Taking his own life and as his cold corpse lays on the ground the great mage Lucas Traumen inhabits his body resurrecting it making it his own.
Now the great mage Lucas has to get used to his new body and vessel if he ever hopes to have revenge on those who wronged him in his life.
Overgeared
Talk about ” Zero to Hero ” in this manhwa Shin Youngwoo was an unlucky loser in life. Entering into debt to buy the gaming capsule needed to play the game “ Satisfy ”.
He experienced a hard life and was forced into manual labor jobs to pay off the enormous debt, but he still played the game despite not being good at it.

Hyeonu Kim emerges from the tower as the strongest human in existence. Now he is out to find who was responsible behind the incident of his imprisonment, on his path for answers and revenge he will save the world as well by defeating hordes of monsters.
